Questions

Is there a free trial?

No. You can cancel at the end of any month.

What does the $25 cover?

Breath tests for one client for a month: requests, schedules, storage, and up to 125 AI-reviewed check-ins. There are no overage charges. Past 125, new breath-test requests pause until the next billing month; videos already on their way are still received and kept.

Do my clients need to buy a breathalyzer?

Yes, or use one they own. Any breathalyzer with a screen works. The BACtrack C8 is read automatically; other screens you read yourself.

Can a program pay for several coaches?

Each coach who reviews tests needs their own account today. There is no shared or team access yet. Write to us if you run a program.

What happens when I cancel?

Your workspace stays open until the end of the month you paid for. Nothing is deleted when you cancel.

Is it covered by insurance or HIPAA?

No. Daylight is an accountability tool, not a healthcare service, and no business associate agreement is offered.
