For programs
IOPs, sober living, and aftercare. Here is where Daylight stands today, so you can decide quickly whether it fits.
| Question | Today |
|---|---|
| HIPAA and a BAA | Not covered by HIPAA. No business associate agreement is offered. |
| Team access | One reviewer per account. Staff can't share clients yet. |
| Export | A record package for any single test: original video, summary, decisions, observations, and checksums. |
| Bulk export or reports | Not yet. |
| Where video is kept | Private storage under the reviewer's account. A copy goes to Google's Gemini for observations, with deletion requested afterward. |
| Retention | Originals are kept. Automatic deletion isn't turned on. |
| Clinical validation | None. Daylight is a working pilot. |
| Program pricing | None yet. Each reviewer pays $50 a month, plus $25 per client on breath tests. |
Where it fits now
Alumni and aftercare check-ins run by a single coordinator fit today. In-house testing across several staff, or anything that has to sit in a treatment record, doesn't fit yet.
